We operate an 'open book' philosophy with our customers. As we have in-house expertise and capabilities to take a product from conception through tool design and manufacture to a completed project, we prefer to work closely and in partnership with our customers for mutual benefit.

We aim to offer services and components that fully satisfy our customers' needs and a number of our larger defence related customers require testing of the finished product to AS 1199, which we happily comply with.
